Christine, I picked up one of your books at the beginning of last summer. As I work in the public school system I had the entire summer set aside for a major project. I went out and bought every book in the Dark series. I had finished every book before I could slow down. This summer I was ready for another project so I started by rereading the entire series. Thank you for making two summers very enjoyable. I anxiously wait for your next book. There is always Christmas vacation. Dark Fire is still my favorite. Thanks

The hardest part is waiting for the next book to come out. I turned on my neice on to your books and she is as much of an avid reader as I am. Dear Christine,
I just wanted to jot down a little note to thank you for the many hours I have had from reading EVERYTHING you have had published. I have single-handedly made you the most love author of my male and female best-friends (the male feels that your books have helped him be more loving to his girlfriends.) My 60 year old mother (who works in the Detroit Public Library) because of my Christmas gift of all of your books up to Christmas last year '01 has devoured you every one in print. She has recommended them to anyone that comes into the library. Outside of thanking you for your wonderful books I wonder if you would indulge in a fantasy that all of my girlfriend would want. I guess it is because all of my friends are of Black/Mexican and Indian descent. Also most of us are queen-sized 30 something ladies. We wish that someone would take a change and write about someone like us falling in a great love like you write about so well. Many of my girlfriens are drawn to your dark hair/dark eyed heros but not to happy with the blond ones. Is it so hard to think that someone other then of European descent/with love handles on them could be beautiful? I feel that you would understand that many of your readers want to find a little bit of themselves in what you write. I know that Carpathians can't have other ethnic backgrounds but it would be a wonderfull thing if they fell in love with someone whose name might be Lakisha,Maria or Pocahonas (couldn't think of an indian female name) Not to many people have braved writing with this in mind. With your writing style you could be the one to brake new ground. I and my friend thank you for reading whats on our mind. I was the only one brave enough to write you about it. All of the rest of them were to scared that you would think them racist.

My friend introduced me to your dark series a few months ago, and ever since I've been collecting them. I can't wait for the next one! I didn't believe her before I read them, but she was right. Hello again. I just wanted to say that I have been reading romance for 13 years and it is my favorite genra. In all that time I have never read one ( and I have read thousands) that conveys the love and passion and all consuming desire that your books do. I have become enthralled and completely mezmorized by your style and skill. I can almost believe the carpathians are a real race of immortal people. I have to tell you that my favorite scene in Dark Fire is when Darius "rescues" Tempest from the buss after her encounter with the raptor on the cliff. I grew up loving to read. As soon as i learned how, i would read any book i could get my hands on. I am now twenty and still love to read, and have read so many books in my life i cant even count anymore. i must say that your dark series is one of my absolute favorite series to read. and i only have three. i have read many romances but yours are so touching and intense and just...out of this world. Your charecters are so real and life-like you would think that Mikhail and Raven, along with all of their beloved family and followers were real people out there in some far off land no one has yet discovered. Im sure to you they are real and to me as well. It isnt very often i can find novels that have so many leasons on life and love and are so touching and unbelievable that they will stay with me long after i have read them, i want to tell you that yours have and will throughout my life. I must tell you Ms. Feehan i am having trouble reading any book now that i have finished your series so far. I find myself rereading them because i am just not yet willing to leave the world you have created. I just wanted to thank you for giving me a place of love and excitement and passion and danger to escape to when the world gets a little too confusing. And i would also like to thank you for the inspiration you are as an author, i have been writing a novel of my own for about three years and your unbelievable and unmatchable talent is quite the inspiration to me. Good morning Mrs. Feehan's I was wondering if you can explain someting to me I am a little confuse.....Dayan lifemate is Corraine in "DARK DESTINY" wish is wonderful he need it to find the light to his darkness, but I got the feeling this book is going to be one of the best so far is so intresting, let me see if I got this right.....corrine is not only dying from, heart disease but she was marry to someone else and is pregnant with someone else baby...But how could that be?, I mean their is only one true lifemate for each men and so far all the heroines were single and virgins except for syndil and tempest, because they were rape.
Second question I have for you is from "FROM DARK DESTINY" the heroine Destiny was capture by a bad vampire when she was little, then she begin to kill vampires right.
was she a vampire hunter? could their be womans hunters?
Nicolae was send by the prince to find her and kill her, but he find out she was his lifemate, she fight him and then he join him to fight against the vampires. this story is very good but let me know if I am right or wrong.
third their is nothing about syndil and barack, are you going to make a book about this two? I am sure all of us would like to know if finally barack and syndil complete the ritual and they live happy.

I love all your books and have read them numerous times until they have fallen apart and I had to go buy new ones. My question is will any of the females in your upcoming books be black. As I am a black woman it would be nice if one of your stories would feature a carpathian falling for an african american. But if not, I will still continue to buy your books and rereading them.

I've only just discovered the Dark series, but after reading just one, Dark Guardian, I'm positively hooked. And honestly I don't think much of "trashy romance novels" I more think of the Dark series as "dark erotica" At any rate, though they're kind of hard to find, I've gone out-of-town to find more, I've suddenly found myself a dedicated fan. I have but one complaint... more of a request actually, I would love to see just one less than physically perfect heroine. I'm sure it wouldn't make for a very pretty love scene, but... yeah, anyway. Completely awesome, keep 'em coming.

hooked every since. The way your characters love and care for each

around the day after finishing it and bought one of the dark series
books, and I love them. I have all of the ones that are currently
out and have read them all about four or five times. I love the
characters, and at times I wish I was one of the lucky women to
